Diatomaceous Earth

Diatomaceous Earth is mainly silica and is formed by the sediment of fossilised algae at the bottom of the oceans and other bodies of water.

It has many industrial and health uses including water purification, paint making and a food filler. It is a good product to use in the garden to keep pests away and to nourish the soil and plants. For our health it can be very beneficial for our skin, nails, teeth, bones, and hair; and it can treat constipation and be used in a general detox.

We use Diatomaceous Earth in our toothpaste to clean and polish the teeth, kill bacteria and promote overall mouth health.
